Get healthy and stay strong! ISC has a number of fitness classes that can help you maintain flexibility, increase core body strength, and help combat the stress of daily living. We offer classes at the fitness center that can help to strengthen your abs and back – which can help keep your body stable and balanced. (Weak core muscles can lead to back pain.) Anyone can do stretching or yoga despite age or fitness level. Yoga safely stretches your muscles and releases lactic acid that can cause your body to feel stiff or fatigued. It lubricates your joints, stretches your muscles and you will experience health benefits in a very short time.
